Prawn Cocktail served on a bed of crispy lettuce with a cocktail sauce and bread & butter
Chicken Liver Pate served with lettuce, onion chutney & toasted bread
Smoked mackerel fillet with a horseradish sauce & red onion salad
Chicken chorizo & red peper skewers drizzeled with a sweet chilli sauce
Tomato and mozzarella drizzeled with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Crispy fried potato wedges with bacon & cheese served with sour cream.
Crispy duck spring rolls served on a bed of iceberg lettuce & sweet chilli dip.
Smoked salmon served with chive creme fraiche and brown bread & butter (£1.00 extra for salmon)

Main Couses

Chicken breast filled with mozzerella wrapped in parma ham served with new minted potatos, green beans & carrot batons.
Chicken breast cooked with an Italian style creamy white wine & garlic sauce. Served with saute potatoes & roasted vegetables
Pork loin steak with a masala sauce served with creamy mash & seasoned vegetables.
Fresh salmon fillet topped with taragon butter, served with minted new potatoes, fresh broccoli & carrot batons.
Slow cooked topside of beef with red wine gravy, served with roast potatoes, Yorkshire puddings & seasonal vegetables.
Homemade steak & ale pie served with creamy mash and seasonal vegetables.

Potatoes and vegetables can be varied - please discuss with Caterer.

Desserts

Creamy profiteroles with a warm chocolate sauce & jugs of fresh cream.
Baked vanilla cheesecake with berries and a scoop of ice cream

Fresh raspberries with ice cream on a meringue nest & fresh cream
Homemade apple & blackberry crumble with hot custard or ice cream.
Lemon roulade (layer of meringue with a lemon cream filling) with whipped fresh cream.

A selection of cheeses with biscuits and celery.

Tea, coffee and cream.
