The Welcome to The Clarence Suite.
The Clarence Suite can be booked by members of the public for numerous events.

The Clarence Suite Dining Room, Bar and reception area together with toilets (including a separate Disabled Toilet) are all included.
Daily Hire Rates: From 10am - £315 From 2pm - £255 From 6pm - £195
The bar closes at 11pm. Extensions at £30 per half hour are available. |

Prepared cooked meals and buffets are available from our Approved Caterers. Sample Menus.

Self-catering buffet food will be allowed for an additional fee of £30 but no use of the kitchens for any purpose can be allowed, particulalry those concerning the refridgeration of food. |

The Hirer is responsible for Door Security & any personnel required for the event |

No intoxicating liquor for consumption to be brought into the hall. For any advice or queries please consult Kerry. |

Where any form of music is utilised a fee of £10 will be levied. Licensed to midnight only. |

A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking.
(It is regretted that 18th Birthday Parties cannot be accommodated)
